Our vacation apartment Ciüf de Munt in Badia is the ideal solution to spend a vacation among the sunny peaks of Alta Badia. The apartment, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 5 people, it is equipped with two double bedrooms, a large living area consisting of living room and kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional and has a dishwasher and oven, while in the spacious and bright living room there is a table with bench and chairs, TV and sofa bed. At your arrival in Badia you can easily park your car directly at the apartment Ciüf de Munt. In the garage, which is available to guests, it is also possible to store bicycles, while in winter a boot warmer and ski storage room are provided.

Nicole and her husband Emanuel are pleased to welcome their guests in a friendly and informal setting, to experience a vacation at your own pace and completely independent, nestled in the green meadows and forests. You will find a cozy atmosphere, a spectacular view of the Putia, Gardenaccia and Sassongher mountains and a lush nature that will remain in your heart. Next to the apartment is the farmhouse, which is home to cows, chickens and goats that will delight the children all year round.

Prices
Summer and winter season
Prices, check-in and check-out:
The prices are indicated per person per day, for a minimum stay of 3 days. During the main tourist season, the apartments are rented only for whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection and final room cleaning (except additional cleaning).
The prices do NOT include the local tourist tax of EURO 1,40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Additional services (excluded from the apartment rate): washing machine
The apartments are available from 2 PM on the day of arrival until 9:30 AM on the day of departure. The check-in is possible between 2 PM and 6 PM (we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned outside this time window). Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges.
Booking and cancellation policy:
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation policy:
- up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as cancellation fee;
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
- from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
- less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
Payment modes and staying policies:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- in cash, for amounts up to 1.999,99 Euros;
- by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment for your stay has to be transferred before your arrival);
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartments. Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
Upon prior agreement and surcharge, we accept small pets, provided that their owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
The ideal starting point to discover the jewels of the Ladin Dolomites
The apartment Ciüf de Munt offers an enviable view of the peaks of Alta Badia; it also stands in a sunny location, perfect for recharging your batteries and vitality. In just 5 minutes you can reach the center of the village of Badia, with its characterful streets, stores, supermarkets and restaurants as well as places to relax after an active day in the mountains. Here you will also find the ski lifts, active both in winter and summer to reach the higher altitudes.
Our apartment is located near the Oies Sanctuary, just outside the center of Badia.
You can reach it from the church in Badia by heading in the direction of Anvì/Oies. Follow the road until you reach the fork in the road to Oies, then take the road to the right to get to the Ciüf de Munt.

In the winter season, when everything is tinged with glistening white, winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy days full of excitement and adrenaline in an idyllic setting. Several stores and sports equipment rentals can be found in Badia, then simply take the chairlift La Crusc/Santa Croce chairlift to the Ski Carosello connected to the famous Sella Ronda ski area. Meanwhile, Christmas markets and the scents of typical sweets await guests for a delicious and enchanting break.
Summer
Spring and summer in Alta Badia are a triumph of our majestic nature, and here in Badia you can set out to discover some of the most stunning views of the Dolomites. Starting from the apartment, you can embark on pleasant hikes such as the walk to Castalta towards the Pasciantadù hut and then to the Santa Croce peak and the Sanctuary. Starting from Badia with the chairlift, it is also possible to set off on high-altitude trails towards the Prati dell'Armentara and from there engage in more challenging hikes towards the extraordinary Fanes Kingdom. Enthusiasts of two wheels can depart from Badia, riding along the river, to reach the other renowned villages in Val Badia such as La Villa, San Cassiano, and Corvara.
